In Bhagvad Geeta Lord Krishna says:
'Yada yada hi dharmasya glanirbhavati bharata, abhyuthanamadharmasya tadatmanam srajamyaham;
Paritranay sadhunam vinashay cha dushkratam, dharm sansthapnarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge'.
'Whenever virtue declines and evil reigns supreme, I appear in the world to reestablish morality and save the virtuous'.
He appears in the human form and guides the transformation. He can act through you, me or anybody else.
'If you succeed in the struggle the glory of the world will belong to you; but if you lay down your life the kingdom of heaven will belong to you. Hence arise oh Arjun! and determine to fight', the Lord exhorted.

What should I do when I feel helpless and weak?

Imagine in a dream sequence we may confront a lion or any other superior force. We may not know how to deal with it and get terrified. What is the best option to get rid of the fear? WAKE UP! Wake up to the reality that you are not what you seem to be! You are not the tiny or huge little earthling that you think yourself to be! You are an individualized manifestation of the cosmic consciousness which permeates the 99% of the empty space which you contain! (Remember atomic structure!) And if this is so then the same cosmic consciousness permeates the 99%of the empty space constituting the lion also. So what to do then! What can you do in such a situation? What has to be done will be done by the lion!? No! Since both the bodies are the manifestation and gameplay of the same force, the mighty will win! If you are not afraid and retain your cool, think of all the options, act confidently and can look at the lion in the eyes the chances are that you can tame the lion and it will obey you for life! What an achievement for realizing the God (sorry, cosmic consciousness) within you! Try it and have fun!

Gayatri Mantra

Aum bhurbhuva swaha tat savitur varenayam, bhargo devasya dhimahi, dhiyo yo nah prachodayat.
'Aum, you are present in the three worlds (physical, astral and causal), which are illumined by your divine light. I call upon you to establish thyself in my intellect and guide it'.

Aum and meditation!

Aum has been the name given to the primordial sound which sounds similar to it but not exactly like it. None has been able to define Aum but there is consensus that Aum or Amen is similar to the primordial sound! As a sound note, it is the basis of all sounds, it is the purest tone sound available. It is a pure tone frequency which can be verified by striking a pure tone tuning fork against the striking pad. And one pure tone tuning fork, if brought closer to another pure tone tuning fork can induce similar vibrations in the other tuning fork! A worldly sound has many frequencies superimposed on the pure tone frequency. The way to get rid of adulterating frequencies is to get away from them and to come closer to another pure tone frequency tuning fork which is powerful enough to induce the pure tone in our tuning fork. Also we can attempt to reinforce the basic pure tone frequency of our bodily tuning fork by spending regular time intoning that frequency! So meditate by chanting Aum slowly and repeatedly for at least fifteen minutes twice daily and see the difference in fifteen days!

Aum!

After the Big Bang the various universes and galaxies are running away from each other at tremendous velocities. The sound which condensed to form primordial matter is still permeating all the matter or empty space surrounding the visible matter or even subatomic particles. Proof? Ok. No proofs! Is there any proof that the energy which converted into matter entirely exhausted itself? Is new matter not being created in nascent galaxies?
Now what is that which permeates more than 99% of all matter- living or non living? Empty space! I hope you understand that 99% of all living and nonliving matter is empty space. Remember atomic structure?! Now nothing prevents that empty space to be permeated by the same primordial energy which created the primordial matter and can still create it! OMNIPOTENT, OMNIPRESENT, OMNISCIENT!
Please try sometime to put an empty glass on your ear and listen to the sound of emptiness-Aum!

On God!

He has been variously described. The most common manifestation is that of sound energy or WORD. 'First there was word and the word was God'. And then He thought that I must be many from one. That is the beginning of creation. Science accepts that initially there was energy which condensed to form matter and then there was a big bang which led to multiple universes. So far so good! At least till now there is agreement between what we are told and what we have learnt.
