Our emotions are our reaction to our environment. They are also part of our conditioning process. Some of them are learnt at home and some are innate. When we like or dislike something we create a knot in our brain to accept or reject that thing. Then we remember that thing and either crave for it or hate it. Craving or hating and the fear of not getting desired result leads to anxiety. Anxiety can manifest in the form of tremors, palpitations, uneasiness, shortness of breath, nausea, aversion to food or loss of sleep.
